Dr. John Nii Adotey Addotey joined the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in February, 2012. He had his second cycle education at the Presby. Boys’ Secondary School, Legon and completed in 1999. He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with B. Pharm., and M.Phil. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) degrees. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana.
His research interests include;
- Isolation and Characterization of bioactive compounds
- Synthesis and structural elucidation of bioactive compounds
- Method development for the analysis of drug substances
